CARB invites you to participate in a workshop scheduled for December 3, 2009 to discuss what the impact of reduced economic activity is having on emissions from diesel-fueled trucks operating in California.   
 
Staff will also discuss potential impact of economic recovery scenarios on future emissions.  The workshop has been rescheduled to a new date after a previous cancellation in order to provide time for staff to analyze additional sources of information.  The workshop will provide the opportunity for stakeholders to provide comments on the staff analysis and related issues prior to the December Board meeting.
