Welcome to the California Bus Association
Since, 1969, the California Bus Association has given Motorcoach companies a venue to pursue excellence in the industry. Our dedicated members work together to provide information that assists all operators, large and small, in their daily business success.
The association is a resource and offers members information on compliance with regulatory agencies - the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, California Highway Patrol, Department of Motor Vehicles, Air Resources Board and others.
Continuing Education Opportunities
The association has an annual spring maintenance seminar where technicians from across California come to learn the latest technology and best practices to keep the coaches operating safely. Each year in Sacramento we hold a Charter Party Carrier Round-table discussion with the various agencies that regulate our industry. This results in better understanding between the operators and regulators. The annual convention which is held in October each year, is another excellent opportunity for our members to learn about regulatory issues, safe operations and connect with industry vendors.
