Download nomination forms to nominate a CBA member for the next board term. Nominations are currently being accepted for six Operator director seats and for four Associate / Allied Steering Committee seats.

All nominees will be required to fill out a nomination acceptance form in order to be considered. A form will be emailed to you upon receipt of your nomination.

Note: Only Operator members may nominate Operator candidates. Only Associate members may nominate Associate Steering Council members.
